Welcome to the RAS Foundation's online grant application service, powered by SmartyGrants.
You may begin your application in any section of this form. Please ensure you save as you go.

COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM
- On the right-hand side of the application form you will find a box called 'Form Navigation'. It contains a link to every section of the form, that will take you directly to the page that you want.
- You can also click 'next page' or 'previous page' on the top or bottom of each page to move forward or backward through the application form.
SAVING YOUR DRAFT APPLICATION
- If you have started your application but wish to save it and complete it later, please ensure you press 'Save' and then 'Close'.
- When you log back in, you will be able to see your incomplete and completed applications on 'My Submissions' link at the top of the screen. Here, you can re-open your draft application and start where you left off.
- To download your draft or completed application form, click on the 'Download PDF' button located at the bottom of the last page of the application form.
SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION
- Please review your application before you submit it by clicking 'Review' at the bottom of the screen.
- After reviewing your application, you can submit it by clicking on 'Submit' at the bottom of the screen. Please note that you will not be able to submit your application until all the mandatory questions have been completed and there are no validation errors.
- After submitting your form, no further editing or uploading of support materials is possible.
- A confirmation email with a copy of your submitted application attached will be sent to your designated email address.
If you do not receive a confirmation of submission email, then you should presume that your submission has NOT been submitted (please check the email hasn't landed in your spam or junk email folder).
ATTACHMENTS AND SUPPORT DOCUMENTS
- Before uploading any supporting documents, please ensure they are saved on your computer or on a storage device.
- Please allow enough time for each file to upload before trying to attach another file.
- Files can be up to 25MB each; however, we do recommend uploading files that are a maximum 5MB to prevent uploading issues.
